Whether you are facing a major life transition, personal conflict, or just feel stuck in your current situation, counseling can help you to heal and move forward. It can seem there is a never-ending cycle of shoulds that can leave you stuck in a state of shame and guilt. "I should be over this...I should treat my partner better...my children should be better behaved...I should be further in my life." Maybe you feel like you "should" be able to handle things on your own but the truth is, you don't have to.  I value the uniqueness of each of my clients; focusing on their strengths to help them to navigate their struggles.  My hope is that each of my clients can find their best self, work toward how they want things to be and leave the shoulds behind.

Telehealth

Counseling sessions look a little different since the onset of the COVID pandemic. All Counselors are offering online sessions through our HIPAA compliant Telehealth platform which can be accessed using your smart phone, tablet, or computer.

Do you ever feel like your anxiety is trying to tell you something? Rather than ignore these feelings, Dr. Jennifer L. Fee tells us we should embrace anxiety and listen to what message it has to share. Dr. Jennifer Fee is a licensed Clinical Psychologist who specializes in the areas of trauma/PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.
