Debra holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Dominican University and began her professional career as a school social worker in the elementary setting. Debra uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), executive functioning strategies, and parent coaching to support people with Anxiety, Depression, OCD, ADHD, and behavior concerns. Debra provides a warm, welcoming therapeutic space for people dealing with situational concerns such as life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, grief, and personal growth, offering compassionate support and guidance tailored to their unique needs.

Debra believes that all behavior is a form of communication, reflecting underlying emotions, needs, and experiences. She strives to help individuals understand and express themselves in healthier, more fulfilling ways.
