Feelings of anxiety, depression, inattention, and generally feeling like you are not in control of your mental and emotional state is an experience that many of us have. I have been working with youth, adults, and families in developing skills to achieve mental and emotional health goals for the past 6 years in school social work and domestic violence survivor counseling. I am passionate about supporting you or your child with a variety of presenting concerns. From anxiety and depression, coping skills to trauma-informed care working with me will encompass utilizing the best practices for your presenting issues. I highly value utilizing practices that are research-based and working with you to meet your goals. I have experience in providing social work services for those with anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder, behavioral and school concerns, social skills, recovery from traumatic experiences (particularly from religious and relational trauma), parent coaching, attention deficits, family concerns, coping with changing life circumstances, and more. It would be a privilege to work with you or your child towards a healthy mental and emotional place.

In my free time, I enjoy exploring the outdoors through hiking with my family and trail running. A motto my family follows is "There is no bad weather, just be prepared." Each year I like to set new goals for reading and running. I have two young children teaching me to find play and joy in all of life's moments.
